Every claim on this page names the mechanism that makes it true. If we can't point at the thing that enforces it, we don't claim it.
1.The claims map
Read this as a contract with the code. The left column is the promise; the right column is what enforces it.
Tools run entirely in your browser. Your input is never uploaded.
Every tool is client-side code (runsOn: "client"). It makes zero network calls with your input, and a CI rule fails the build if one ever does.
We keep only what your account needs.
Your email (for the sign-in code), the name, technology, position and location you enter at signup, your avatar if you add one, and your marketing choice. Plus a count of which tools you run. Nothing else is stored — no tool input, ever.
We count which tools get used — not what you put in them.
The first time a tool produces output on a visit, the page tells us the tool's name. That's the whole message: no input, no output, no file. We use it to see which tools matter and build more like them.
Only you can read your profile.
Row-level security on every account table: a session can only select rows that belong to its own account.
We email you only if you said yes.
Product emails go only to accounts with consent_marketing = true — the checkbox at signup, changeable in Settings. Sign-in codes are transactional and always sent.
Deleting your account deletes your data.
Deleting your account removes your profile and your sign-in (email, name, password) at once. It is not reversible. A one-line record that a deletion happened is kept, without your details.
2.Where your content goes
Nowhere. We do not store any data you put into a tool. What you paste, type or drop is processed on your machine and is never sent to a server — there is no upload to make, and nothing runs from our server. Your customer data is in your browser and stays there. The only data that travels is your sign-in and your profile.
3.What we collect, and why
To run the service: your email address and the details you enter at signup. To keep it working: standard server logs — the page requested, time, status, referring site, browser type and a shortened IP address (last part removed). No cookies and no tool input ever appear in them. We use them only to count visits and fix problems. Not collected: we don't track you across the web, and the tools themselves phone home to nobody.
4.Processors
We use a small set of providers to run Flowitz: Supabase (database and auth), Hetzner (hosting), and Resend (email). Each processes data only to deliver the service.
5.Your choices
You can export your data, withdraw marketing consent, and delete your account from Settings. Deletion is immediate and not reversible.
